A 30-minute call to understand your stack, your bottlenecks, and what success looks like in 90 days. No sales script. We tell you whether nearshore is the right move for your situation — sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
Team match
Within 5 business days we present 2 to 4 candidates with profiles, GitHub, and short technical loom walkthroughs. You interview directly, not through an account manager. The engineer you meet is the engineer you get.
Trial sprint (2 weeks)
A paid 2-week sprint with a defined scope. If the fit is wrong, you walk away with the work shipped and no further commitment. About 90 percent of trial sprints turn into long-term engagements — and the 10 percent that do not save everyone three months of misfit.
Contract and onboarding
MSA plus SOW signed. The engineer gets onboarded into your stack, repos, ticketing, and Slack within 48 hours. We provide the laptop, the tooling, and the redundant internet. You provide the access and the context.
Ongoing collaboration
Daily stand-ups in your timezone, code review through your normal PR process, sprint planning with your PM. We embed — we do not silo. Your engineering manager has direct line to every contributor without an account manager in the middle.

What are your rates?+
Rates depend on seniority and engagement model. Mid-level engineers run $35-55/hr. Senior engineers run $55-75/hr. Tech leads and specialized roles (mobile, ML, DevOps) run $70-90/hr. All rates are fully loaded — no extra recruiter fees, no equipment surcharges, no benefits markup. Dedicated team engagements get a meaningful discount versus hourly.
What engagement models do you offer?+
Three models. Dedicated team: a full-time engineer or pod committed to your roadmap, billed monthly, minimum 3 months. Staff augmentation: individual engineers plugged into your team, billed hourly or monthly. Project-based: fixed scope, fixed price, defined milestones — used mostly for greenfield builds and rescues. We help you pick the right one on the first call.
How do you handle IP and contracts?+
We default to Delaware-style contracts with full IP assignment and work-for-hire language. The code your engineers write is yours from commit one. We sign your MSA if you have one, or provide ours which is reviewed annually by US counsel. NDAs are signed before any technical conversation.
How do invoicing and payment work?+
We invoice in USD, monthly, net 15. ACH and wire are standard. We can also accept Bill.com, Mercury, Brex, and most US bank rails. No currency conversion fees on your side. We are a Panamanian company with US-compliant invoicing — your AP team will not have to learn anything new.
What does your security posture look like?+
NDAs from day one. Background checks on every engineer. SOC 2 Type II readiness for engagements that require it (we can support your auditor). All work happens on company-issued, encrypted laptops with MDM. We integrate with your SSO, VPN, and least-privilege access controls. GDPR and CCPA aware data handling.
