the product

niiko — one workspace,
every part of your business.

// One record per client, shared by every module — from the first WhatsApp to the last invoice. The modules aren't separate apps; they're one system that keeps itself in sync.

Most businesses run on six tabs that don't know each other.

WhatsApp Web to talk, a spreadsheet for the pipeline, Gmail to chase invoices, a Notion nobody updates. The client's data lives fragmented in all of them and current in none — and the real cost isn't the tools, it's the invisible work of keeping them in sync by hand, and the leads and promises that fall through the cracks. niiko is one workspace where a lead Miira qualifies over WhatsApp becomes a CRM client with the whole thread attached — no re-typing, no exports. That composition is the product.

01

Miira

live

An AI agent that answers and qualifies every lead over WhatsApp — in real time, day or night.

Miira is the part of niiko that's already running your sales for you — the same agent that qualifies Vorluno's own leads. It doesn't blast campaigns and it doesn't pretend to be human: it answers fast, asks the right questions, scores what it learns, and steps aside the moment a person should take over. You configure its persona, its questions and its stages once; after that it works the inbox so your team works the deals.

  • Every inbound lead answered in seconds — WhatsApp or email
  • Scored and routed while you sleep
  • Consent-first: never a cold WhatsApp
  • Hands off to a human the moment it matters
02

CRM

live

Every client, deal and conversation on one timeline that reflects reality — not one you have to feed.

The niiko CRM starts full instead of empty: the lead Miira qualified is already a client, with the whole WhatsApp thread attached. Owners are explicit, activity is logged as it happens, and "saved views" replace the stale segment lists every other CRM makes you maintain — a view is a live query, so your audience is never out of date. Import a CSV and nothing is merged or opted-in without you saying so.

  • A pipeline you can actually read
  • Full history on every contact — filled in from the work, not by hand
  • Saved views instead of static segments
  • Deal stage and client status never fight each other
03

Inbox

live · inside CRM & Miira

WhatsApp and email in one thread — so nothing falls through the cracks between apps.

Inbox is the shared conversation layer under the whole platform — it's why Miira and the CRM show you the same thread, not two copies. It speaks WhatsApp and email (and only those, on purpose), it understands WhatsApp's 24-hour service window so your messages actually send, and it hands a conversation from the agent to a person the moment someone steps in. Today it lives as the "Chats" tab inside the modules that use it; a standalone unified inbox is on the roadmap.

  • WhatsApp + email, one thread
  • Knows the 24-hour window so messages don't bounce
  • Autopilot until a human takes over — then it steps back
  • Internal notes on any conversation
04

Kiipu

soon

Collections that don't chase people — payment plans, receipts you just upload, a ledger that always balances.

Kiipu is collections without the cringe. No payment gateway to integrate and no card data touching anyone's servers: your client pays by transfer, uploads the receipt, and the system reads and matches it — a person just confirms. Reminders go out on schedule (quietly, within decent hours), a dedicated WhatsApp number does the asking so your sales number stays clean, and every movement lands in a ledger that balances by design. Designed and specced; not built yet.

  • Payment plans with reminders that go out on their own
  • Upload a receipt — it gets matched, a human confirms
  • A collections agent that never negotiates a discount
  • A ledger that always balances
05

Notes

soon

Knowledge tied to the work — not another folder graveyard nobody opens.

Notes keeps what your team knows next to the work it's about. A note isn't a floating document — it's linked to the client or the deal it belongs to, so the context is one click from the pipeline, not one search away in a drive nobody maintains. Search respects who can see what, and sensitive free text can be erased cleanly from the first day. Designed; not built yet.

  • Linked to clients and deals, not lost in folders
  • One page of truth per relationship
  • Search that actually finds things
  • Private by design — sensitive text erasable from day one
06

Niima

vision

Proposals that win the work — and get paid by the outcome, not just the hour.

Niima is the flagship we're building toward — the front of the funnel the rest of niiko feeds. Proposals that carry their own ROI, sign themselves through a white-label portal, and bill against the outcome you promised, not the hours you logged. It's the last module on the roadmap on purpose: we earn the right to sell it by making the ones you use every day work first. Vision, not a shipping date.

  • ROI-backed proposals in minutes
  • E-signature and a white-label client portal
  • Billed by outcome, not just by the hour
  • The module we build after the ones you use today
