// What this site is

This is the portfolio of Vorluno Software, S.A. and a way to start a conversation. Nothing here is an offer, a quote or a contract, and reading it creates no obligation on either side.

// Quotes and projects

Any figure, range or timeline discussed by email is an estimate. Work starts when both sides agree in writing on scope, price and dates in a proposal; that document, not this site, is what binds us.

The budget ranges in the project form exist to tell us whether we are in the same conversation. Choosing one commits you to nothing.

// The numbers we publish

Figures on this site are measured, not estimated: frame rate on the hardware we name, Lighthouse scores, layout shift, downloads, repository counts. Each is measured under the conditions stated next to it. Different hardware, network or content will give different numbers — a measurement is evidence of how we work, not a promise of an identical result for your project.

// What belongs to whom

The code, text, images, video, design and brand of this site belong to Vorluno. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote it with attribution; you may not republish it as your own.

Work shown for clients belongs to those clients, and their names and marks belong to them. It appears here as a record of what we built.

In a project, what each side owns is set out in the proposal — as a rule, you own what we build for you once it is paid for, and we keep the right to show it.

This site links to our own products and to third-party sites and repositories. We do not control what those pages say or do, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

// No warranty, and limits

The site is provided as it is. We keep it online and correct what we find, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this website. Nothing here limits the obligations we take on in a signed project agreement.
