Who we are

Vorluno is the commercial name of José Luis González Montenegro, a sole proprietor (persona natural) registered in Panamá — RUC 4-833-1253 DV64, Aviso de Operación N° 4-833-1253-2026-574444618 (MICI), with registered address in El Arado, La Chorrera, Panamá Oeste. What we collect

Contact form. When you write to us through the form on /contact, we receive the name, email, company, project type and message you submit. We use them for one thing: reading your message and replying. Submitting the form also triggers a confirmation email to the address you provided.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies — we ask once, and Decline is a first-class choice. If you decline (or ignore the banner), no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same.

Technical logs. To protect the contact form from abuse we keep a short-lived, in-memory count of requests per IP address. It is not stored permanently and disappears on every deployment.

Who processes it

Contact messages and confirmation emails are delivered through Resend, our email provider. Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your message in our inbox for as long as we're actively talking. Once your request is resolved, we delete it within 30 days if you ask us to — otherwise it stays as a normal business record.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, export (portability), object to, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We operate under Panamá's data protection law (Law 81 of 2019) and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR.
