Problem

Niiko is the platform Vorluno runs on: the same CRM, the same inbox, the same AI agent qualifying our own leads. Software without a soul was the enemy; a studio's operating system was the answer.

Built

Modules with hard boundaries, wired by declarative grants and an event catalog that continuous integration verifies. Row-level isolation between clients in the database. Double-entry ledgers whose balance the database itself enforces: nothing is edited or deleted — a correction is always a new entry. Per-person encryption with a right to be forgotten that not even a restored backup can undo. Idempotent, two-phase billing.

Public surface: SDKs in TypeScript and Python, a CLI, an n8n node and an MCP server — so your own agents operate under the same rules.

Measured

158 RLS policies and 210 ACL rules in production; ~1,800 tests; ~350 architecture decision records.
